| Abstract: | The director is the key to improve the efficiency of staff training in hospital. It was improved through transforming ideas, improving cognition, executing the system and responsibilities, and fully increasing the initiative of the directors. The directors should take the lead in duty training of the clinicians, which can get well effect. |
