| 摘 要： | 目的研究穴位按摩治疗中学生考试焦虑的可行性及治疗效果，为缓解、减轻中学生考试焦虑提供科学有效的治疗方法。方法采用问卷法调查学生并用穴位按摩治疗学生考试焦虑症。结果自我感觉有考试焦虑症的学生治愈率为50．0％。结论穴位按摩对缓解、减轻和治疗学生的考试焦虑症状有一定效果。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of acupuncture point massage to alleviate the examination anxious in middle school students, so as to provide a scientific effective therapy. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted in the middle school students and the acupuncture point massage was performed to alleviate the anxious to examination. Results The curative rate of acupuncture point massage was 50% in the students who felt examination anxious themselves. Conclusions Acupuncture point massage is effective in the treatment of examination anxious. |
