金双歧、思密达联用治疗小儿腹泻80例疗效观察

目的：探讨金双歧、思密达联用治疗小儿腹泻的临床效果。方法：选择2010年1～5月在我院治疗的80例腹泻患儿,随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上加用金双歧、思密达口服,比较两组疗效。结果：治疗组治愈率为75.0%,好转率为17.5%,总有效率为92.5%;对照组治愈率为55.0%,好转率为20.0%,总有效率为75.0%;两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：金双歧、思密达联用治疗小儿腹泻效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Efficacy observation of Golden bifid and Smecta in the treatment of 80 children with diarrhea

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of Golden bifid and Smecta in the treatment of children with diar-rhea.Methods： From January to May 2010 in our hospital,80 children with diarrhea were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group with conventional treatment,the observation group added Golden bifid and Smecta on the basis of the conventional therapy,the clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results： In the treatment group,the cure rate was 75.0%,the improvement rate was 17.5%,the total effective rate was 92.5%;in the control group,the cure rate was 55.0%,the improvement rate was 20.0% and the total effective rate was 75.0%;the difference were sta-tistically significant（P〈0.05）,the clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion： Golden bifid and Smecta in the treatment of children with diarrhea has significant effect,it is worth of clinical application.
