| 摘 要： | 科研管理人员是执行科研管理职能的主体,科研管理人员的综合素质可以影响医院的科研管理水平.只有提高医院科研管理人员的综合素质,才能增强医院科研管理的服务水平,提高医院整体的科研水平.医院科研管理人员的综合素质应该包括:丰畜的科研管理知识和一定的专业知识;熟悉科技法规和政策以及涉及医学研究的特殊规章制度;娴熟的组织协调能力;敏感的信息获取和分析能力;有为临床科研主动服务的意识.
