摘    要:目的调查目前单采血小板细菌污染的概率及探讨24h锁定的血小板细菌筛检方法在预防和控制血小板细菌污染的有效性。方法用BacT/ALERT3D细菌培养仪对保存24h后(22℃振荡保存)的单采血小板进行细菌筛检,阳性标本作细菌鉴定。结果1837份单采血小板中,初筛为阳性的4袋(0.22%),复筛确认阳性的1袋(0.054%),经鉴定为痤疮丙酸杆菌。结论目前的单采血小板模式是安全的,24h锁定的血小板细菌筛检方法在预防和控制血小板细菌污染方面存在一定的缺点和不足。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the current apheresis platelet bacterialcontamination and to explore the probability of a 24-hour lock-platelet bacteria screening method in the prevention and control of the effectiveness of platelethacterial contamination. Methods The BacT / ALERT 3D instrument for theconservation of bacterial culture after 24 hours ( 22℃oscillation is kept) apheresisplatelets for bacteriological screening, positive samples for bacteria identification. Results 1837 were apheresis platelets, screening positive for the four bags (0.22%), re-screening to confirm a positive bag (0. 054% ), was identified as Propionibacteriumaenes. Conclusion The current model of apheresis platelets is safe, 24-hour lock-platelet bacteria screening method in the prevention and control of bacterial contamination in platelets there is a certain shortcomings and deficiencies.
