小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤临床观察

目的 观察小剂量米非司酮治疗子宫肌瘤的效果。方法 对25例妇科检查及B超诊断为子宫肌瘤患者用米非司酮每天12.5 mg,口服3个月,其中5例口服6个月。结果 用药3个月肌瘤缩小63.8％(P<0.01);用药6个月肌瘤缩小65.2％。与用药3个月比较,无显著差异(P>0.05)。所有患者治疗期间均闭经,停药后痛经、月经过多、阴道不规则流血症状明显改善。结论 小剂量米非司酮口服对年轻患者和有症状的子宫肌瘤(子宫<12周妊娠大)、围绝经期妇女是一种更为理想的保守治疗方法,以3个月为1疗程最合适。

Clinical observation of uterine leiomyoma treated with small dose of mifepristone

Objective To observe the result of uterine leiomyoma treated with small dose of mifepristone. Methods Twenty - five patients with uterine leiomyoma , who was diagnosed by vagninal examination and ultra-sonography were treated with 12.5 mg of mifepriston daily and lasted for 3 monthes , 5 of them lasted for 6 mon-thes. Results After taking mifepristone for 3 monthes, the volume of leiomyoma reduced 63. 8% (P<0. 01)and after taking mifepristone for 6 monthes, the volume of leiomyoma reduced 65. 2%. There was no significant difference between the two treated groups (P>0. 05). During treatment amenorrhea occurred and after treatment the symptoms of dysmenorrhea, hypermenorrhea, irregular uterine bleeding were improved obviously in all patients.
