改良Millikan式网塞疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的临床价值

目的探讨改良Millikan网塞疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝临床应用价值。方法2004年12月。2007年12月使用美国巴德公司的网塞和网状补片，对209例腹股沟疝实施了改良Millikan网塞疝修补术；在Millikan式基础上，将网塞完全放至筋膜后的腹膜前间隙，网塞固定仅用一针，并适当缝合筋膜组织加强腹股沟管后壁。结果手术操作更加科学简便，具有手术时间短、术后疼痛轻、恢复快、住院时间短、并发症少和复发率低的优点。结论改良MiHikan网塞疝修补术是一种操作简便、安全可靠的手术方式，适用于各型腹股沟疝。

Clinical Value of Millikan of Improved Mesh-plug Hernioplasty

Objective To investigate the clinical value of Millikan of improved mesh-plug hernioplasty. Methods From December 2004 to December 2007 with the U.S. Bard company＇s net and mesh patch, 209 cases of inguinal hernia on the implementation of the modified Millikan mesh-plug hernioplasty. Millikan-in basis,the network will be fully put to the Cypriot compartment after the preperitoneal space, only a fixed network Cypriot needle and suturing fascia appropriate organizations to strengthen the back wall of the groin. Results More scientific and simple surgical operation,with advantage of surgery a short time, postoperative pain light, quick recovery,shorter hospital stay,fewer complications and the the low rate of recurrence. Conclusion Millikan improved mesh-plug hernioplasty is a simple, safe and reliable operation, applicable to all types of inguinal hernia.
