中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹49例疗效观察

目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹临床疗效。方法:将96例病例随机分成两组。对照组47例,西药迪皿片治疗;治疗组采用中西医结合疗法予以迪皿片配合自拟方养血消风汤治疗。结果:治疗4周时,治疗组总有效率为91.8%;对照组总有效率为74.5%;两组总有效率比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。治疗结束后3个月,痊愈病例中复发率治疗组为5.13%,对照组中复发率为28.57%,两组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗慢性荨麻疹可提高疗效,减少复发率。

Treatment of Chronic Urticaria by TCM Combined with Western Medicine(Report of 49 Cases)

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of TCM combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic urticaria.Methods:96 cases were randomly divided into two groups: control group with dimin tablet(n=47);treatment group with dimin tablet and yangxuqingfeng soup.Results: After treatment for 4 weeks,the total effective rate was 91.8% in treatment group,74.5% in control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).On the third months after treatment,the recurrence rate of well-healed cases was 5.13% in treatment group,28.57% in control group,showing markedly different(P<0.05).Conclusion: TCM combined with western medicine could improve the curative effect and lower the recurrence rate of chronic urticaria.
