成都市从业人员肠道带菌调查分析

摘    要:目的:为加强对从业人员卫生监督管理工作.防止因食品从业人员肠道带菌而引起食物中毒和肠道传染病的发生或流行。方法:对成都市2002年72111名从业人员按肠道带菌检验常规进行肠道沙门氏菌属与志贺氏菌属的带菌调查。结果:检出肠道带菌49人,带菌率6.80‰。其中检出沙门氏菌45株,10个血清型。甲型副伤寒沙门氏菌检出最高.德尔卑沙门氏菌次之,构成比分别为24%和18%,以20岁以下年龄组所占比例最高,为27%;食品从业人员肠道带菌较公共场所从业人员高,其阳性率分别为8.54‰和4.78‰。结论:成都市2002年从业人员肠道带菌率有较大幅度下降,但对这部分人群加强对其卫生监督管理,仍是目前食品卫生管理工作重点。在夏秋季节,应重视食品从业人员肠道带菌检查,以保障食品卫生安全。

Abstract:Objective:In order to more effectively supervise and administrate the hygeian work of practitioners,and prevent food poisoning and prevalance of intestinal infctious disease caused by intestinal germ carriers.Methods:The samples were tested by using routine methods.72111 practitioners were investigated for Salmonella and Shigellad carriers in 2002 in Chengdu.Results:49 intestinal germ carriers were found among 72111 practitioners (0.068%),45 Salmonella among them 10 serotypes were found.the propotion of S. paratyhi-A and S. drbywere 24% and 18% which were higher than others.The propotion of intestinal germ carriers younger than 20 were the highest(27%);The intestinal germ carriers among food practititoners were more than those among public place practitioners.Conclusion:The positive rate of intestinal germ among practitioners was much decreased in Chengdu in 2002.The survellance and administration for this group's health should be strengthened.In summer and autum,it is important to find out the intestinal germ carriers in order to supply high qulity food.
