东莞市吸毒人群艾滋病知识行为及感染状况调查

目的了解吸毒人群艾滋病知识、行为及感染状况，为制定综合干预方案提供科学依据。方法随机抽取东莞市强制戒毒所内1035名吸毒者，采用统一调查表进行面对面的询问，并采集5ml静脉血作HIV抗体和梅毒抗体检测。结果吸毒人群以青年男性、流动人口、低文化程度为主；艾滋病传播途径知识知晓率在60．97％-86.47％之间，其他相关知识知晓率相对较低，对蚊虫叮咬是否传播艾滋病正确知晓率仅为22，42％；静脉吸毒者占68．41％，其中的35．03％有共用注射器史；31．50％的人拥有临时性件，73．01％的人拥有多个性伴，有23．29％的人得到或提供过商业性性服务；与固定性伴发生性行为时每次均用安全套率最低（10.32％），得到商业性性服务时每次均用安全套率最高（50.00％）；获得艾滋病知识途径最多的是电视（66．38％）；共查出HIV抗体阳性47例，感染率4．54％；梅毒抗体阳性79例，感染率7．63％。结论吸毒人群对艾滋病防治知识知晓度较低，促进艾滋病传播的高危行为普遍存在，在吸毒人群中开展行之有效的综合干预措施非常必要。

Survey of AIDS knowledge and behavior and HIV and syphilis infection in drug users in Dongguan City

Objective To understand the situation of AIDS knowledge and behaviors and prevalence of HIV infection among drug users and offer scientific evidence for further comprehensive prevention of AIDS among drug users. Methods Totally 1 035 drug users randomly selected from detoxification center of DongGuan were interviewed using the uniform questionnaire, and five milliliters vein blood were drawn and tested for HIV and syphilis antibody. Results Most of 1 035 drug users were mobile young males undereducated . Their awareness of transmission vlasex and blood and mother - child - transmission ranged from 60.97 % to 86.47 % . There 68.41% of drug users were injection drug users, 35.03% shared syringes with others ,31.50% had casual sex partners, 73.01% had multiple sex partners, and 23.29% were paid sex for money . The lowest and highest rates in using condoms during regular and commercial sex partners were 10.32 % and highest 50.00%, respectively. Most （66.38%）of drug users acquired AIDS knowledge by TV. There 4.54% （47/1035） of the drug users were positive for anti - HIV, and 7.63% （79/1035） were positive for anti - syphilis. Conclusion The AIDS knowledge level of drug users is low and there are high - risk behaviors among drug users are common. Thus it is very necessary to make integrated intervention measures interventions among drug users.
