RNA治疗慢性肝炎肝硬化及肝癌的临床应用

目的 观察核糖核酸（RNA）治疗慢性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌病人血清ALT、AST、SB、层粘蛋白（LN）及AFP的变化。方法 用RNA 60mg/d静滴2mo治疗慢性肝炎、肝硬化及肝癌共80例，与丹参注射液250ml/d 2mo治疗共60例对照。结果 RNA改善血清蛋白A上升，γ下降，降低ALT、AST、SB、LN及AFP的疗效明显优于丹参。两组比较有明显差异。结论 RNA具有改善血清蛋白、降酶护肝、抗肝纤维化的作用。

Clinical studies of RNA on the treatment of chronic hepatitis liver cirrhosis and hepatoma

Objective To obseyve the variation of chronic hepatitis, liver airrhosis and hepatoma pationt's serum alamine amiotransferase ALT, aspartate aminotransferase AST. bilirubin SB, Laninin and AFP, used RNA. Methods We treated 80 pationts with RNA 60mg/d 2 month course of intravenous injection or other 60 cases with salviae miltiorrhija respactively. Results RNA was more effective in increasing pationt's serum albumin and decreasing serum r globulin, ALT, AST, SB, LN and AFP than salviae miltiorrhijae. Two groups haved difference. Conclusions RNA was more effective in increasing pationt's aerum albumin, protection effests on liver enjymology and hepatic fibrosis.
