| 摘 要： | 目的 分析肿瘤患者的个性特征。方法 应用对照研究的方法 ,随机选取肿瘤与非肿瘤患者各 6 4例 ,采用艾森克人格问卷 (EPQ)进行测评 ,并对其结果进行分析。结果 肿瘤组的P分明显高于非肿瘤组 (P <0 .0 1) ,E分显著低于非肿瘤组 (P <0 .0 1) ,N分与L分两组无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。肿瘤组内向性格所占比率显著高于非肿瘤组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而稳定性则两组无显著性差异。结论 肿瘤组与非肿瘤组在性格类型的分布上具有显著性差异 ,肿瘤患者多为内向性格 ,具有孤独、倔强、内向、不喜交往与接触、对情绪反应的压抑和掩饰等个性特征

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the personality characters in tumor patients. Methods Case control study was carried out in 64 tumor patients and 64 non-tumor patients. All the patients themselves completed the questionnaire of EPQ and were rated by the researcher. Results The E Eysenck P level of tumor patients is clearly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.01). Conclusion Tumor patients possess the following personality characters: loneliness, willfulness, introversion, disliking social contacts, repressing and masking emotional reaction. |
