冠心病患者外周血细胞黏附分子的表达及Ca~(2+)变化的研究

摘    要:目的 观察冠心病患者外周血细胞黏附分子的表达及中性粒细胞内Ca2 +的变化 ,了解细胞黏附分子和细胞内Ca2 +与冠心病的发生及病情的关系。方法 采用流式细胞术检测细胞黏附分子的表达及细胞内Ca2 +的变化。结果 与对照组相比 ,冠心病患者外周血中性粒细胞黏附分子CD11b、CD18的表达显著上调 ,而CD6 2L的表达下调 (P <0 0 0 1) ;冠心病患者中性粒细胞内Ca2 +浓度增加 ,且与CD11b、CD18的表达呈正相关 ,与CD6 2L表达呈负相关 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 黏附分子的表达及细胞内Ca2 +浓度变化与冠心病的发生发展和病情存在一定的关系

A study on the expression of cell adhesion molecules and calcium in patients with coronary heart disease
Abstract:Objective To explore the change of cell adhesion molecules (CAMs) expression and cytosolic Ca 2+ in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and to learn the relation between CAMs,cytosolic Ca 2+ and CHD. Methods CAMs and cytosolic Ca 2+ were examined using flow cytometry (FCM).Results The expression of CD11b,CD18 in CHD patients was markedly higher than that in control group,but the expression of CD62L in CHD group was lower than that in control group ( P <0 001). Up regulation on cytosolic Ca 2+ was found in CHD group ( P <0 001).The positive correlation between the expression of CD11b,CD18 and cytosolic Ca 2+ ,the negative correlation between the expression of CD62L and cytosolic Ca 2+ were also found ( r =0 595,0 563,-0 656).Conclusion The results suggested that the expression of CAMs in periphered blood leukocytes and the change of cytosolic Ca 2+ in patients with CHD were associated with occurrence and progression of CHD.
