改良奶嘴协助乳头内陷母亲母乳喂养效果观察

目的提高乳头内陷母亲的母乳喂养率。方法对120例乳头内陷剖宫产术后产妇进行母乳喂养效果观察。实验组60例,产后第1天开始采用改良婴儿奶嘴协助母乳喂养的方法,对照组60例,采用传统的母乳喂养法。观察产后2～5d的母乳喂养效果。结果两组之间婴儿的含接姿势、婴儿的满足感、母亲的喂奶感受及母乳喂养信心均有显著性差异,P<0.005。结论乳头内陷剖宫产产妇采用改良婴儿奶嘴协助母乳喂养优于传统的母乳喂养。

Observation on Breast Feeding Effect of the Improved Nipple Assisting the Mother with the Sunk Nipple

Objective To improve the rate of breast feeding. Methods Observe breast feeding effect of 120 postcaesarean women with the nipple sunk. Experimental group:60 cases, with the improved nipple to assist breast feeding .Control group:60 cases,with the traditional breast feeding, from the first day after caesarean in both groups .Observe for 2~5 days breast feeding effect. Results There were significant differences between the two groups, in the sucking posture and satisfaction of the baby, the feeling and confidence of the mother in the feeding(P < 0.005). Conclusion After cesarean, the improved nipple to assist breast feeding is superior to the traditional one.
