| 摘 要： | 目的观察吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗直肠前突合并直肠黏膜内脱垂的疗效。方法对23例直肠前突合并直肠黏膜内脱垂的患者行改良PPH手术,随访6~12个月。结果治愈19例,好转4例,总有效率100%。结论PPH治疗直肠前突合并直肠黏膜内脱垂效果满意,荷包缝合是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to observe the curative effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids(PPH) on rectocele accompanied with internal rectal prolapse.Methods 23 Patients with rectocele accompanied with internal rectal prolapse were performed on PPH,and were followed up for 6-12 months.Results There were 19 well healing cases,and 4 improving cases.The total effective rate was 100%.Conclusion The effect of PPH on rectocele accompanied with internal rectal prolapse is satisfied.Purse string suture is the key point leading to succeed. |
