| Abstract: | The CT features of variant ovarian diseases in 25 cases were reported.The valueof CT diagnosis was analysed and correlated with review of literature.The ac-curacy of CT diagnosis was compared with that of ultrasound examination.The diag-noses of most ovarian diseases,such as teratoma,cyst,cystadenoma,and eystade-nocarcinoma,could be made by CT based on typical findings.In ovarian endometrio-sis and metastasis,the characteristic CT appearance was absent,the specific histolo-gic diagnosis thereby could be difficult by CT alone. |
