| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高护士基础学历的必要性和重要性。方法采用问卷调查的方式对2000年以后毕业的1395名执业护士的工作质量、考试考核成绩、差错发生率进行综合分析评价。结果护士的基础学历与护理质量呈正相关,有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论护士的基础学历高低与护理质量高低直接相关,为适应医学的发展,满足患者的需求,进一步提高护理质量,护士的基础学历有待提高。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the relationship of the foundational education and the nursing quality to prove the necessity and importance of improving the foundational education of nurses.Method The nursing quality of 1395 practice nurses was investigated with questionnaire included the evaluation of the charge nurses,the examination performance and the mistakes in working.Result The foundational education of nurses was positive correlation with the nursing quality,P〈0.05.Conclusion It is necessary to improve the foundational education of nurses. |
