左半球卒中后汉语语法缺失的句法理解障碍

目的　探讨左半球卒中后汉语语法缺失的句法理解障碍特点及其可能存在的机制。方法　采用汉语失语检查法、短时记忆量表和汉语语法量表中的句法测试任务对 3 0例汉语语法缺失患者和 3 0例正常对照者进行测试。结果　在句法测试项目中 ,2组被试者的主动句完成率比较 ,差异无统计学意义(P >0 .0 5 ) ,其余语法句完成率比较 ,差异均有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。汉语语法缺失组的短时记忆测试成绩明显差于正常对照组 ,2组成绩比较 ,差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　汉语语法缺失患者存在较严重的句法理解障碍 ,其机制可能与痕迹删除和工作记忆障碍有关。

Syntactic comprehension deficits in the patients with Chinese agrammatism after left-hemisphere stroke

Objective To investigate the characteristics and the mechanism of syntactic comprehension deficits in the patients with Chinese agrammatism after left-hemisphere stroke. Methods Thirty patients with Chinese agrammatism and 30 normal subjects were examined by the standardized Aphasia Battery in Chinese (ABC) and the Chinese Agrammatism Battery (CAB) and the short-term memory task. Results In test with the Chinese Agrammatism Battery tasks, there was significant difference between the two groups in terms of completion of all kinds of sentences (P<0.01) except the sentences with active voice (P>0.05). In the test with the short-term memory task, the score was significantly lower in patients with Chinese agrammatism as compared with that of the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Agrammatic patients had serious deficits in syntactic comprehension, which were tied to the trace deletion and the bad working memory.
