反复自然流产患者TORCH感染与细胞因子水平的变化

研究反复流产患者弓形虫、巨细胞病毒、风疹单纯疱疹病毒感染ＴＮＦ、ＩＬ－６含量的关系；探讨反复流产患者的发生机理方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测５６例流产患者、２０例早孕妇女及２０例非孕妇女血清中ＴＯＲＣＨ－ＩｇＭＴＮＦ－ＩＬ－６的水平。结果流产组ＴＯＲＣＨ感染率和ＴＮＦ，ＩＬ－６的含量明显高于正常对照组，多种病原体感染患者ＴＮＦ－ＩＬ－６含量升高明显，ＴＮＦ、ＩＬ－６水平在正常早孕妇女及非孕妇女组无显著

CORRELATION OF SERUM CYTOKINE AND TORCH INFECTION WITH RECURRENT SPONTANEOUS ABORTION

Aim In order to know the relationship in Toxoplasma gondii, Rubella virus, Cytomegalo virus, Herpes simplex virus(TORCH) infection with cytokine level and immunologic mechaism in recurrent spontaneous abortion woman. Methods TORCH IgM,TNF,IL 6 in 56 cases of recurrent spontaneous abortion, 20 cases of early pregnant and 20 cases of nonpregnant women were determind by ELISA. Results The infection rates TORCH and TNF,IL 6 levels of the abortion group were significantly elevated compared with the corresponding levels of controls(P<0.05).Level of TNF,IL 6 were higher in various kind of pathogen infection. But level of TNF,IL 6 were no difference between normal early pregnant and nonpregnant women (P>0.05).Conclusions In view of the proven fingdings that TORCH infection were important pathogens leading to recurrent spontaneous abortion. possibly, there is relationship between them in two or over two kinds of pathogen infection. TNF,IL 6 do have detrimental effects on proliferation, embry development and fetal survival.
