Merkel细胞癌术后复发1例及相关文献复习

目的：探讨Merkel细胞癌的诊断、治疗及预后。方法：一位老年Merkel细胞癌患者，于2006年8月初发时先行化疗及放射治疗，1年后局部再发肿瘤，再次接受扩大性切除术及放疗和化疗。结果：术后1月Merkel细胞癌再次复发。结论：Merkel细胞癌是一种罕见且进展快的皮肤肿瘤。诊断主要依靠病理（包括免疫组化方法），即使综合治疗后仍有局部复发和远处转移的倾向，预后差。

A case report of Merkel's cell carcinoma and literature review

Objective:To discuss the diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of Merkel cell carcinoma(MCC).Methods:An old patient with MCC first received chemotherapy and radiotherapy,but soon recidivated after a year,then second received tumor excision and chemotherapy and radiotherapy.Results:The patient experienced local recurrence in only 1 month.Conclusion:Merkel cell carcinoma is a rare but particularly aggressive skin cancer.The diagnosis mainly depends on pathology and immunohistochemical methods.It has an obvious tendency of local recurrence and metastasis even after the adequately combined therapy.The prognosis is poor.
