| 摘 要： | 论述了我国加入WTO和医疗卫生改革等新形势下医院面临的机遇和挑战,分析了医药费用增长的原因和医院经营管理中遇到的问题,提出了相应的建议:在转变政府职能的同时,加快医院体制改革;形成完善的管理模式,增强持续发展能力;强化成本核算,完善内部管理;加强行风建设,树立社会形象。

| Abstract: | This article discusses the opportunities and challenges faced by the hospitals after China joined WTO and a series of reform measures have been taken in China, analyzes the reasons why the costs of medical services and drugs continuously increase and problems encountered in hospital management and operation, and proposes corresponding suggestions. According to the authors, when the government is transforming its role, it is important for the hospitals to speed up system reform, enhance sustainable development capability by formulating well - organized management modes, perfect internal management by strentherning cost accounting and establish social reputation by enhancing professional morality construction. |
