五例骨小细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断

通过对５例骨小细胞肿瘤的临床、病理特征及免疫标记（Ｋｅｒ、Ｖｉｍ、Ｄｅｓ，ＬＣＡ、Ｌ２６、ＵＣＨＬ１、Ｓ１００）的分析，认为：在骨小细胞肿瘤的鉴别诊断中，免疫标记有重要意义，但并不能代替光镱形态学观察，病理组织形态仍是骨肿瘤最主要的诊断依据。强调只有以光镜形态学观察为基础，辅以免疫标记及特殊染色，并密切结合临床及ｘ线表现，才能作出正确诊断。

Differential Diagnosis of 5 Cases of Small-Cell Bone Tumours

he present paper reports five cases ofsmall-cell bone tumours. The ages range fromeight to sixty-two years. These cases includeone of small cell osteosarcoma. one malignantlymphoma of bone , one Ewing's sarcotna , oneplasma-cell myelorna and one small cell carci-noma metastasis. Clinical and pathologicalcharacteristics and immunohistochemical re-sults of these cases are analysed. It suggeststhat immunohistochemistry is very importantfor differential diagnosis, but the morphologyis still the chief evidence for the diagnosis ofthe smallcell bone tumours. An exact diagno-sis must be combined with other imformation,such as special stainings, clinical inanifesta-tions and X-ray of the bone.
