中医药防治胆石病实验研究进展

胆石病是一种外科常见疾病,临床以手术治疗为主,但手术可能造成的副损伤、结石的残留及复发仍制约其发展。近年来中医药防治胆石病的临床与基础研究愈来愈多。大量动物实验表明中药能从多个环节、多个靶点来发挥防治胆石病的作用,主要是对胆道系统功能、胆汁脂质热力学平衡及胆色素代谢、成核缺陷及胆管感染等方面的影响。

Empirical Study Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Prevention and Cure of Cholelithiasis

Cholelithiasis is a common disease in surgery,and the major treatment in clinic is operation.But there were some limitations for injuries and residues by operation.Thereby for the past few years,the clinical and experimental researches of traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and cure of cholelithiasis are more and more.A large number of animal experiments showed that traditional Chinese medicine played the role of prevention and treatment for gallstone diseases from multiple links and multiple targets,mainly influencing biliary system function,lipid thermodynamic equilibrium,bile pigment metabolism,nucleation defect and biliary tract infection.
