CMF方案与CMF+ADM治疗乳腺癌的疗效比较

目的 :比较CMF方案和CMF +ADM治疗乳腺癌的效果。方法 :92例晚期乳腺癌患者随机分成两组 ,每组均为 46例。对照组采用CMF方案治疗 ,试验组采用CMF +ADM治疗。结果 :CMF组完全缓解率为 15 .2 1% ( 7/ 46) ,总有效率为 47.93 % ( 2 2 / 46) ,CMF+ADM组完全缓解率为 2 1.74% ( 10 / 46) ,总有效率为 78.2 6% ( 3 6/ 46) ,两组比较 ,完全缓解率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,总有效率差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1)。在主要毒副反应中 ,两组的肝功损害差异非常显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,口腔炎差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,而骨髓抑制及胃肠道反应两组差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :CMF +ADM方案治疗乳腺癌有效率高 ,可供临床参考

Comparison between CMF regime and CMF+ADM regime in the treatment of breast cancer

Objective: to compare the effec of CMF regime and CMF+ADM regime in the treatment of breast cancer. Methods: 92 cases with advanced breast cancer were randomly divided into two groups. CMF regime was usedto treat the control group. CMF+ADM regime was used to treat the test group. Results: The relieve rate was 15.21%(7/46) and the total effective rate was 47.93%(22/46) in the control group. The relieve rate was 21.74%(10/46),and total effective rate was 78.26%(36/46)in the test group. Statistically,the relieve rates had no difference between two groups( P >0.05).However,total effective rate had significant difference,( P <0.01).The side effects on liver function demage and stomatitis showed obvious difference between two groups( P<0.05,P <0 01).There was no difference in marrow inhabtion and gastrointestinal reaction in two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusions: CMF+ADM regime has a higher effectiveness in the treatment of breast cancer.
