改良MTT法检测胃癌及食管癌细胞的体外药物敏感率

目的　研究胃癌、食管癌细胞对常用化疗药物的敏感率 ,为临床选择有效的化疗药物提供参考。方法　应用化疗药敏改良MTT法测定 4 2例胃癌、16例食管癌的癌细胞对氮芥等化疗药物的敏感率。结果　 1种化疗药物对同一种肿瘤不同个体的抑制率不同 ,化疗药物对不同肿瘤抑制率不同。结论　不同肿瘤及同一种肿瘤的不同个体对化疗药物的敏感率有明显差异 ,建议临床参照肿瘤药敏实验结果 ,实施个体化给药方案

In vitro Sensitivity Testing of Human Stomach Cancer and Esophagus Cancer using Modified MTT Calorimetric Assay

Objective To study the sensitivity coefficient of human stomach cancer and esophagus cancer to chemotherapeutants and provide reference for doctor screening the effective chemotherapeutant.Methods The chemosensitivity of 42 human stomach cancer samples and 16 esophagus cancer samples to 16 sorts of chemotherapeutant were determined by using modified MTT method.Results The inhibitory of chemotherapeutant to individual of same tumor was different and the inhibitory of chemotherapeutant to varying tumor was also different.Conclusion Different tumor and different individual of the same tumor showed significant diefference in chemosensitivity.Chemotherapy under the guidance of chemosensitivity in vitro can improve therapeutic effects of stomach cancer and esophagus cancer.
