| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨利用B型超声诊断华支睾吸虫病的临床价值。方法 采用B型超声对 87例经病理确诊的华支睾吸虫病声像图特征进行分析。结果 表现为胆囊、胆管类型声像图改变的 4 5例 ;肝炎型声像图改变的 13例 ;肝硬化型声像图改变的 15例 ;声像图不典型的 14例。应用B型超声显像仪诊断华支睾吸虫病的 87例患者中 ,有明显声像图改变的 73例 ,占 84 %。结论 利用B型超声诊断华支睾吸虫病有一定的诊断价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical value of B-Type ultrasonic diagnosis of clonorchiosis. Methods To conduct an analysis of 87 pathologically confirmed cases of clonorchiosis by using B-Type ultrasoud. Results The changes of acoustic image of gallb-ladder and biliary duct can be detected in 45 cases, of hepatitis in 13 cases, of hepatocirrh-osis in 15 cases, and the acoustic image is atypical in 14 cases. Conclusions Distinct chan-ges of acoustic image can be obtained in 73 cases, which accounts for 84% of the whole c-ases, indicating the clinical value of B-Type ultrasonic diagnosis of clonorchiosis. |
