车间空气中氧化镁(烟)卫生标准研究

摘    要:本文对氧化镁(MgO)进行了毒理学和劳动卫生学调查。大鼠气管灌注和腹腔注射LD50分别为93.3mg/kg和309mg/kg;狗气管灌注19mg/kg(3.5mg/周×5周)或大鼠20mg/kg,引起弥散性间质世肺炎。工人接触氧化镁(烟浓度在25.7mg/m3)时,产生轻微的粘膜刺激症和胃不适等,并随接触利量的增高,危害加重。根据研究结果,结合生产现场实际情况以及国外有关标准,提出车间空气中氧化镁(烟)最高容许浓度为10mg/m3。

Abstract:n order to work out the hygienic standard of magnesium oxide fume(MgO)in work-places the hygiene in the MgO factory and a series of toxicology studies were investigated.The results indicated that the time weighted average concentration(TWA)of MgO in theworkplaces were 25.7mg/m3 the workers suffered from mucous membrane irritate and otherdamages.When the concentration of MgO increased the injures for workers were more seri-ously. The results also showed that the MgO could induce injtire on the lungs of rats anddogs.Based on results of this study and consulted with hygienic standards of other countries,the maximum allowable concentration for MgO fume was established as 10mg/m3 in work-places.
