醒脑静注射液治疗缺血性卒中临床疗效的研究

目的：观察醒脑静注射液治疗缺血性卒中的临床疗效。方法：缺血性卒中患者６４例，随机分为醒脑静治疗组和脉络宁治疗对照组。观察给药前后临床积分、血浆内皮素、一氧化氮水平、神经系统每２４小时ＩｇＧ合成率及经颅彩色多普勒超声（ＴＣＤ）等参数的变化。结果：治疗组总有效率９３．７５％；治疗后治疗组内皮素、一氧化氮、ＩｇＧ合成率分别为（６１．６５±２７．０１）ｎｇ／Ｌ、（３２１７．８９±７４０．５１）ｎｇ／Ｌ和（８．６５±１．０３）ｍｇ／２４ｈ，较治疗前均显著下降（Ｐ均＜０．０５）；ＴＣＤ提示峰值均明显改善（Ｐ均＜０．０５），其中左、右大脑中动脉峰值分别为（７４．１０±６．１４）ｃｍ／ｓ和（７３．１６±６．１２）ｃｍ／ｓ。以上各参数变化与对照组相比，均有显著性差异（Ｐ均＜０．０５）。结论：醒脑静注射液治疗缺血性卒中临床疗效明显优于脉络宁注射液。

Studies of Xingnaojing Injection on clinically curative effects on treating ischemic stroke

Objective :To observe the clinically curative effects of Xingnaojing Injection (XNJI) on treating ischemic stroke using the method of comparative studies. Methods :64 cases with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group which treated with XNJI and control group which treated with Mailuoning Injection.The clinical scores,endothelin (ET),nitric oxide (NO),synthetic rate of IgG every 24 hours in nervous system,and the changes in parameters of transcranial colour Doppler (TCD) were observed before and after therapy. Results :The total effective rate was 9375% and after therapy the ET,NO,and synthetic rate of IgG were (61652701)ng/L,(3 2178974051)ng/L,and(865103)mg/24 h respectively in treatment group.All the improvements were significant (all P<005),otherwise the improvements of peak values on TCD were significant too (all P<005).The peak values of left and right middle cerebral arteries were (7410614)cm/s and (7316612)cm/s respectively and there were significant differences for all of the parameter changes in comparison with control group (all P<005). Conclusions :The clinical effects in treatment group treated with XNJI are obviously superior to those in control group treated with Mailuoning Injection.
