| 摘 要： | 目的 观察角膜缘干细胞移植对治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 对40例双眼翼状胬肉的患者分别采用翼状胬肉切除、联合角膜缘干细胞移植（右眼），与传统的翼状胬肉转瓣（左眼）两种手术进行了比较。结果 两年随访32例（80.00％）。左眼（翼状胬肉转瓣）3例复发，占9．40％，而右眼（翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植）未见明显复发的病例。结论 采用翼状胬肉切除联合角膜缘干细胞移植治疗翼状胬肉可以降低复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of limbal stem cell transplantation to treat pterygium.Methods 40 patients with both eye pterygia were included.The pterygia of right eye was excised and limbal stem cell graft placed;the pterygia flap of left eye was conventionally shifted as control.Results 32 cases(80%) were followed up for 2 years.There were 3 shifted pterygia(9.4%) recurrence in left eyes and no recurrence was noted in right eyes.Conclusion The excision of pterygium with limbal stem cell transplantation can decrease the recurrence rate of pterygium. |
