| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨喉白斑病可能的发病原因、临床表现及病理特征。方法：回顾性分析14例患者的临床资料。结果：14例患者全部为男性，其中78．6％有吸烟史。病变多发生在声带前部，病理检查常发现鳞状上皮角化过度或角化不全。1例患者(7．1％)恶变。结论：喉白斑病可能与吸烟有关，治疗后复发率较高，对伴有鳞状上皮不典型增生者应严密随访。

| Abstract: | s Objective:To study the probable etiology,clinic representations and pathological features of leukoplakia of the larynx. Methods: Analyzing the clinic data of 14 cases retrospectively.Results:All the patients were male.Among them,78.6% cases were smokers.The lesions usually are located in the front part of vocal cord.Hyperkeratosis and dyskeratosis were frequently found.One of them changed into laryngeal carcinoma.Conclusions: Leukoplakia of the larynx may be related to smoking. The rate of recurrence is high relatively.Those patients with epithelial dysplasia histologically should be closely observed. |
