25例卵巢甲状腺肿的超声声像图分析

目的探讨卵巢甲状腺肿的声像图表现。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的25例卵巢甲状腺肿患者的临床病理资料以及超声声像图表现。结果 25例卵巢甲状腺肿超声声像图表现为单房囊性3例;多房囊性11例;9例囊性内有实性成分,其中多房6例,单房3例,6例内有＂甲状腺肿突起＂;实性2例。结论卵巢甲状腺肿超声声像图表现以单房、多房囊性或囊性内有实性成分为主,声像图特点不典型,术前诊断较困难。

Analysis on sonographic appearances of 25 patients with struma ovarii

Objective To investigate the ultrasonographic appearances of struma ovarii. Methods Clinical and pathological data of 25 patients with struma ovarii were reviewed, and ultrasonographic appearances of struma ovarii were analyzed. Results In 25 patients with struma ovarii, unilocular tumor was noticed in 3 cases, multilocular tumor was detected in 11 cases, cystic tumor with solid component was showed in 9 cases, and solid tumor was found in 2 cases. Among 9 cystic tumors with solid component, 6 were multilocular and 3 were unilocular, while "struma peals" was observed in 6 of them. Conclusion The ultrasonographic appearances of struma ovarii are nonspecific, usually appearing as unilocular multilocular or multilocular tumor with solid components. Preoperative diagnosis of struma ovarii is quite difficult.
