| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L-NNA对福尔马林实验大鼠脑内原癌基因表达产物c-FOS、c-JUN表达的影响。方法应用免疫组织化学ABC法研究了c-FOS、c-JUN在福尔马林大鼠脑内的表达。结果 在福尔马林实验大鼠不同脑区都存在c-FOS、c-JUN的阳性表达，一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L-NNA可抑制福尔马林实验大鼠脑内原癌基因表达产物c-FOS、c-JUN的表达。结论 一氧化氮合酶抑制剂L-NNA可抑制原癌基因的表达，提示NO可通过影响原癌基因的表达参与伤害性痛觉的调制。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of nitric oxide synthase inhibitor L-NNA on the expression of immediate express gene c-FOS,c-JUN in the brain of formalin test rats.Methods The expression of c-FOS,c-JUN in the formalin rat brain were examined by a sensitive immunohistochemical method.Results In the brain of formalin test rats,the expression of c-FOS,c-JUN were strong.Nitric oxide synthase inhibitor L-NNA inhibited the expression of c-FOS,c-JUN in the brain of formalin rats.Conclusion L-NNA inhibites the c-FOS,c-JUN expression.NO may play an important role in the pain modulation through changing the expression of immediate express gene. |
