低分子肝素钙皮下注射局部出血原因分析

目的探讨低分子肝素钙皮下注射引起皮下出血的原因。方法对60例病人进行随机分为对照组和试验组，通过选择不同的注射部位、注射方法和延长按压的时间、增加按压力度，排除其他因素实施后，观察病人皮下出血的情况。结果试验组选择腹部即脐周围注射部位，应用垂直褶皱的注射方法，延长按压的时间、增加按压力度，排除其他因素，其皮下出血的情况较对照组轻。结论有针对性的预防护理措施对于低分子肝素钙引起的皮下出血有明显的好转作用。
