肺腺鳞癌65例螺旋CT表现与病理结果临床对照比较

①目的：探讨肺腺鳞癌CT表现与病理特征的关系，以积累临床经验，提高诊治率。②方法：应用回顾性研究，从临床特征、病理类型、CT特征等方面，对65例确诊为肺腺鳞癌的患者进行回顾性分析。③结果：本组肺腺鳞癌中，周嗣型54例，中央型11例，肿物直径4．0±1．2厘米。CT征像包括分叶征54例，胸膜凹陷征43例，肿块内坏死39例，血管集束征35例，毛刺征29例。④结论：肺腺鳞癌发病过程中，周围型多见，螺旋CT上表现为软组织肿块，其表现与肿瘤部位、形态、体积、边缘等有关。CT检查可为肺鳞癌初步定性提供重要帮助。

The CT images and pathological analysis on 65 patients with adenosquamous carcinoma of lung

（1）Purpose： To observe the relationship between CT images and pathological characteristic of adenosqumous carcinoma of lung, for accumulating clinical experience, directing clinical work. （2）Methods： 65 patients with adenosqumous carcinoma of lung were performed retrospectively on clinical characteristic, pathological types and CT images. （3）Results： There were 54 cases of peripheral type, I I cases of cetral type in observation group. The diameter of neoplasm were 4.0 ± 1.2em. The images of CT included lobulated sign（54 cases）, pleural indentation（43 cases）, necrosis（39 cases）, vessel convergence sign（35 cases） and burr sign（29 cases）. （4）Conclusions： Peripheral type of lung are most in the adenosquamous carcinoma of lung. There are great value for the primary diagnosis of patients with adenosquamous cancer by CT imaging. The CT diagnosis should be worthy of being recommended.
