| 摘 要： | 目的补充十全大补丸的质量标准。方法采用HPLC法对十全大补丸中阿魏酸的总含量进行测定。结果十全大补丸中阿魏酸的含量在0.01243～0.2486μg的范围内,有良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为98.67%,RSD为0.99%。结论补充了十全大补丸的质量标准,该方法操作易行,稳定可靠,用于测定十全大补丸中阿魏酸的含量,可以用于该制剂的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To complement a standard for determination of Ferulic Acid in Shiquandabuwancapsules.Method Ferulic Acid in Shiquandabuwan capsules by HPLC.Result The linear range of Ferulic Acid was 0.01243-0.2486μg,r=0.9999.The average recovery of Ferulic Acid was 98.67% and RSD was 0.99%.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive and accurte and can be used to determine Ferulic Acid in Shiquandabuwancapsules and quality control of ShuJinxiaotongwanCapsules. |
