| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method to determination of ferulic acid in xionggoutianma pills. Method The chromatographic system consisted of C18 column, using acetonitrile-0.085% phosphate acid（17：83）as mobile phase.The content was detected at a waveleng of 316 nm, the flow rate was 1.0ml·min-1. Results The linear range of ferulic acid was 0.0414～0.3105μg （r=0.9998）, the average recovery was 97.50% and RSD=1.14% （n=6）. Conolusion The established method is accuracy, sensitive and simple.It can be used for quality control of xionggoutianma pills. |
