正交试验优选延胡索提取工艺

目的：优选延胡索最佳提取工艺。方法：采用正交试验法，以延胡索提取的浸膏得率和延胡索乙素提取率为考察指标，利用HPLC法测定延胡索乙素的含量。结果：最佳提取工艺为延胡索粉加6倍量80％的乙醉回流提取3次，每次2h。结论：优选得到的工艺简便易行，稳定性好。

Optimization of Extraction Process of Bhizoma Corydalis with Orthogonal Design Method

Obijective：To optimize the best extraction process of Rhizoma Corydalis. Method：Using orthogonal design method, to apply extract yield of Rhizoma Corydalis and the extract amount of Trahydropalmetine as ob- serving indexes, to measure the content of Trahydropalmetine with HPLC.Result：The optimum extraction process was as follows, adding 6 times of 80% alcohol into Corydalis meal, refluxing and extraction for 3 times, two hours every time. Conclusion： This optimized process is simple, stable and efficient.
