| 摘 要： | 目的观察加减半夏泻心汤对脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎胃黏膜的修复作用。方法治疗组60例以加减半夏泻心汤治疗;对照组60例以三九胃泰颗粒口服。观察1个月后,比较2组胃黏膜病理组织的"慢性炎症"和"活动性"分级积分情况。结果治疗后,与对照组相比较,治疗组在胃黏膜病理组织的"慢性炎症"和"活动性"分级积分改善方面,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论加减半夏泻心汤对脾虚湿热型慢性胃炎胃黏膜修复有显著作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment of modified BanxiaxiexinTang on Gastric mucosal repair for 60 gastritis cases with syndrome of spleen deficiency and damp-heat.
