| 摘 要： | 目的通过比较中西医结合治疗及单纯西医治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化的临床疗效,探讨PBC的中西医结合治疗策略。方法回顾性分析62例诊断为PBC的住院患者,根据是否应用中药,分为中西医结合治疗组(治疗组)及西医对照组(对照组),对照组给予口服熊去氧胆酸治疗及常规内科保肝、对症支持治疗,治疗组在给予对照组相同治疗基础上应用辨证中药。结果与对照组相比,治疗组TBil、DBil、ALP、ALT指标改善明显,P<0.05。临床有效率治疗组为80.0%,对照组为56.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论中西医结合治疗原发性胆汁性肝硬化可明显提高临床疗效。
