麻黄常规粉体与超微粉体中麻黄碱在小鼠心脏分布的比较研究

摘    要:目的:比较麻黄常规粉体与超微粉体中麻黄碱在小鼠心脏的浓度分布,探讨不同粒径麻黄粉体对麻黄碱在小鼠体内分布的影响。方法小鼠以相同剂量灌胃给予常规与超微两种麻黄粉体后,在规定的时间点摘取心脏,匀浆处理后用高效液相法测定其中麻黄碱的含量。结果超微粉组麻黄碱的分布浓度均稍高于常规粉组,且在8h时较为显著。结论超微粉可提高麻黄在小鼠心脏的药物浓度。

Abstract:Objective Comparative studies on the distribution of Ephedrine in Ephedra ultra-micro powder and traditional powder in the heart of mice,and discuss the changes on distribution affected by different particle size of Ephedra. Methods The mices were randomized into two groups, one was supplied with ultra-micro powder and the other was administrated with traditional powder. The distributions of Ephedrine in mice hearts were analysed by HPLC method. Results At various time points, the concentration of ultra-micro powder was higher than traditional powder, and particularly significantat at 8h. Conclusion The ultra-micro powder can increase the concentration of ephedrine in the heart of mice.
