卡维地洛与倍他乐克治疗老年应激性高血压的临床疗效比较

目的：比较卡维地洛与倍他乐克治疗老年应激性高血压的临床疗效。方法将我院收治的114例老年应激性高血压患者随机分为卡维地洛治疗组（观察组）与倍他乐克治疗组（对照组）各57例，比较两组血压控制效果及不良反应情况。结果两组患者治疗后血压水平较治疗前均有所改善（P 〈0.05），观察组改善情况优于对照组（P 〈0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P 〈0.05）。结论卡维地洛治疗老年应激性高血压的临床疗效优于倍他乐克，且具有较高安全性，值得临床推广使用。

Clinical effect comparison of carvedilol and betaloc in the treatment of senile stress hypertension

Objective To compare the clinical effect comparison of carvedilol and betaloc in the treatment of senile stress hypertension. Methods 114 cases of elderly senile stress hypertension were randomly divided into carvedilol treatment group（observation group） and betaloc treatment group（control group）, 57 cases in each group, compared the clinical effect and recorded side effects. Results After treatment the blood pressure levels of cases were all better than before（P 〈0.05）, cases in observation group was better than cases in the control group after treatment（P 〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of patients in the observation group was 10.5%, 21.1% of patients in the control group, there had statistical significance（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Taking carvedilol in the treatment of senile stress hypertension had better clinical effect than betaloc, and has higher security, worthy of further clinical application.
