比较后外侧微创切口全髋置换术与常规全髋置换术临床疗效

目的比较后外侧微创切口全髋置换术与常规全髋置换术的临床疗效。方法选取我院76例需择期行全髋关节置换术的患者，随机均分为对照组（常规全髋置换术）和观察组（后外侧微创切口全髋置换术），术后均随访9个月。结果观察组的手术时间、切口长度和术中出血量均显著低于对照组，组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），两组术后Harris评分和并发症发生率无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。结论采用后外侧微创切口全髋置换术能缩短手术时间，手术创伤小，术中失血量少，值得临床推广。

Comparison Of Clinical Efficacy Of Total Hip Arthroplasty Through A Posterolateral Minimally Invasion And Conventional Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective To compare clinical efficacy of total hip arthroplasty through a posterolateral minimally invasion and conventional total hip arthroplasty. Methods 76 cases in our hospital undergoing total hip replacement surgery were randomly divided into control group（conventional total hip arthroplasty） and observation group（through a minimally invasive posterolateral surgical approach）. All patients were followed up for nine months. Results Operative time,blood loss,incision length of observation group were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）. Postoperative Harris hip score and complication rates of observation group compared with control group was not significant（P〉 0.05）. Conclusion The total hip arthroplasty through a posterolateral minimally invasion can significantly shorten the operation time,surgical trauma, less blood loss. It＇s worthy of clinical widely used.
