3＋7方案诱导AML失败后再应用CAG方案的临床观察

目的观察常规3＋7方案诱导急性髓系白血病失败后再应用CAG方案的治疗效果。方法对15例经过3＋7一线诱导方案失败后的AML患者应用CAG方案化疗（阿糖胞苷10mg/m^2,每12h一次,第1～14天、阿克拉霉素10～14mg/m^2,1/d,第1～4天、粒细胞集落刺激因子300μg/d,1次/d,第1～14天）,监测化疗前后患者的临床表现、血象及骨髓象等变化情况。结果 15例患者再应用CAG方案诱导缓解化疗中有10例获得缓解,5例未缓解,总缓解率为66.7%。结论常规3＋7方案诱导急性髓系白血病失败后再应用CAG方案是一种有效的治疗方法 ,使其缓解率明显提高,是常规诱导化疗失败后挽救化疗的新的重要方向,值得临床进一步应用研究。

The Clinical Observation of Application of CAG Program after Failure of Acute Myeloid Leukemia Induced by Conventional 3 + 7 Programs

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of application of the CAG in acute myeloid leukemia after the failure of the program conventional 3＋7 programs.Methods After the failure of first-line induction by 3＋7 programs,15 cases of patients were treated with CAG regimen（Ara-C 10 mg/m^2,q12h,the first 1-14 days,aclacinomycin 10-14 mg/m^2,qd,the first 1-4 days,granulocyte colony-stimulating factor 300 μg/d,qd,the first 1-14 days）,clinical manifestations,such as the hemogram and bone marrow changes were monitored before and after chemotherapy.Results 10 of 15 patients that received the CAG program were alleviated,5 cases of non-remission,overall response rate was 66.7%.Conclusion CAG program after failure of application of Conventional 3＋7 programs was an effective treatment to relieve acute myeloid leukemia.
