| 摘 要： | 目的:建立熊胆降热胶囊中儿茶素的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定儿茶素的含量。结果:十批样品儿茶素的含量限度均不少于2.0mg/粒,平均回收率为99.37%,RSD等于1.53%。结论:方法简便可行,重现性好,可很好地控制熊胆降热胶囊的内在质量。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish the methods on determining the content of catechin in xiongdanjingre capsule.Methods:The content of catechin was determined by HPLC method.Results:The content of catechin in the samples of ten groups was not less than 2.0 mg every pill.The average recovery rate was 99.37%,and RSD was 1.53%.Conclusion:HPLC method is simple and convenient,which can well controlled the internal quality of xiongdanjiangre capsule. |
