摘    要:结构性心脏病(SHD)是心血管医学的一个新领域,传统的影像学方法是基于疾病诊断的目的而建立的,现已不能满足SHD介入手术的需要,并对成像方式提出了新的要求.手术规划和临床护理中3D打印的应用可有效减少经导管介入治疗的早期操作者的学习曲线.3D打印、计算机建模和人工智能的综合应用正在改变医师培训和临床护理的格局.

Abstract:Structural heart disease(SHD)is a new field of cardiovascular medicine.Traditional imaging methods are based on the purpose of disease diagnosis,which can not meet the needs of interventional surgery for SHD and put forward new requirements for imaging.The effectiveness of 3 D printing in clinical care and surgical planning has reduced early operator learning curves for transcatheter intervention.The integrated application of 3 D printing,computer modeling and artificial intelligence is changing the pattern of physician training and clinical nursing.
