以专科护士为主导的前庭康复训练在持续性姿势性-知觉性头晕患者中的应用

目的 探讨以专科护士为主导多学科管理模式的前庭康复训练在持续性姿势性-知觉性头晕患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2019年1月-2020年7月住院的26例PPPD患者为对照组，采取常规的药物治疗加前庭康复治疗。以2020年8月-2021年7月住院的24例PPPD患者为观察组，在常规的药物治疗及前庭康复训练基础上，接受专科护士主导的多学科管理模式进行前庭康复训练。结果 干预后观察组和对照组的DHI得分和FRQ得分比较，观察组 DHI 总分、DHI-P（躯体）、DHI-E(情绪) 和 DHI-F（功能）得分较对照组降低，P ＜0.05，差异有统计学意义。结论 由专科护士主导的多学科团队管理的前庭康复训练能够改善PPPD患者的眩晕残障程度及焦虑抑郁情绪，降低跌倒的风险。

Application of vestibular rehabilitation training led by specialist nurses in patients with persistent postural and perceptual dizziness

Objective To explore the effect of vestibular rehabilitation training in patients with persistent postural and perceptual dizziness. Methods 26 patients with PPPD who were hospitalized from January 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the control group, and received conventional drug therapy plus vestibular rehabilitation therapy. A total of 24 patients with PPPD who were hospitalized from August 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the observation group. On the basis of conventional drug therapy and vestibular rehabilitation training, a multidisciplinary management model led by specialist nurses was adopted for vestibular rehabilitation training. Results After intervention, the total DHI score, DHI P (body), DHI E(mood) and DHI F (function) scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, P < 0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Vestibular rehabilitation training managed by a multidisciplinary team led by specialist nurses can improve the degree of vertigo disability and anxiety and depression in PPPD patients, and reduce the risk of falls.
