胃肠道肿瘤围手术期抗生素预防性应用临床分析

目的 探讨胃肠道肿瘤围手术期预防性抗生素的合理应用.方法 选择胃肠道肿瘤外科手术患者104例,将患者分为术前一次性使用抗生素或术后8 h或24 h追加1次量(1组)与传统术后连续使用(2组),观察其术后发生感染的发生率.结果 两组术后切口/或手术部位以及肺部和秘尿系统等感染率相比较,无显著性差异(P<0.05).结论 对胃肠道肿瘤围手术期术前一次性(或术后8h或24 h追加1次量)使用头孢曲松或头孢拉啶或加甲硝唑可以达到预防性作用;而术后连续使用抗生索除造成浪费外还将引起细菌的耐药性.

Prophylaxis use of antibiotics in perioperative period of gastrointestinal tumor

Objective To analyze the use of antibiotics in perioperative period of gastrointestinal tumor. Methods 104 cases were divided into two groups. Group 1 was treated with antibiotics only once before surgical or at 8 or 24 hours after surgical. Group 2 was treated with antibiotics continuoualy as traditional after sur-gical. And the infection rate was analyzed. Results The infection rate in incision, lung, urological system and so on had no differences between two groups. Conclusions During perioperative period of gastrointestinal tumor, u-sing antibiotics before surgical only once can get prophylaxis purpose. And the traditional way is not only waste but also can lead to antibiotics resistance.
