| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨西酞普兰对苯二氮（艹卓）类药物依赖的治疗效果及药物的不良反应.方法：对122例诊断为苯二氮（艹卓）类药物依赖的患者,随机分为治疗组（61例）和对照组（61例）,治疗组给予西酞普兰,对照组给予多虑平,治疗12周.在治疗中定期分别给予汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）和副反应量表（TESS）评定疗效和不良反应.结果：两种药物的疗效相当,西酞普兰不良反应和减药反应少而轻.结论：西酞普兰对苯二氮（艹卓）类药物依赖的治疗疗效好,副反应轻,患者服药依从性好.西酞普兰是治疗苯二氮（艹卓）类药物成瘾安全有效的药物.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the efficacy and side effects of citalopram in treatment of benzodiazepine(BDZ)dependence.Method:122 patients were randomly assigned to therapeutic group(n=61) and control group(n=61).Therapeutic group were given citalopram and control group were given doxepin.The study had lasted for 12 weeks.The clinical effect was assessed with HAMA and side effects were assessed by TESS regularly.Results:Both drugs showed similar efficacy in the treatment of BDZ dependence.Citalopram had less and slighter side effects,and it had less and slighter decreasing drug effects and had good addiction.Conclusion:Citalopram is a safe and an efficient drug in the treatment of BDZ dependence. |
