| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨64层螺旋CT血管成像在头颈部血管病变中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析32例头颈部血管成像病例。结果：32例头颈部CTA发现：颈内动脉狭窄11例,颈总动脉狭窄8例,椎动脉狭窄或纤细7例,颅内动脉畸形2例,颅内动脉瘤1例,正常8例。结论：64层螺旋CT血管成像对于头颈部血管病变的病因诊断、评价预后及制定治疗计划有着重要的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate 64-slice spiral CT angiography about head and neck vascular lesions in the application.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 32 cases of head and neck vascular imaging cases.Results:The CTA found 32 cases of head and neck:internal carotid artery stenosis in 11 cases,common carotid artery stenosis in 8 cases ,vertebral artery stenosis or a fine in 7 cases,two cases of intracranial arterial malformation,intracranial aneurysm in 1 case,normal in 8 cases.Conclusion:The 64-slice spiral CT ang... |
