健康教育对肝硬化患者生活质量的影响

目的 探讨健康教育对肝硬化患者生活质量的影响.方法 对2004年6月～2006年6月我科住院的60例肝硬化病人,从饮食、活动、心理、用药等各方面给予健康指导.结果 健康教育后患者遵医行为、健康生活方式、健康活动行为、治疗满意度及生活质量明显提高,与健康教育前比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05或P＜0.01)).结论 对肝硬化病人在药物治疗的同时进行有效的健康教育是稳定病情,提高病人生活质量切实有效的措施.

Health Education Effects the Life Quality of Patients with Liver Cirrhosis

Objective To explore how health education effects the life quality of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods 60 patients with liver cirrhosis who were in hospital in my department were guided from diet, sports, psychology, medicine ect from June 2004 to June 2006. Results After the health education, the patients were obviously improved to behavior of obeying doctors, health life, health sports behavior and satisfaction rate of treatment. Compared with pre-health education which showed statistical significance (P<0.005). Conclu- sion When the patients with liver cirrhosis are cured with medication, they are given effective health education, this is an effective way stable condition and improve the life quality of patients with liver cirrhosis.
